The dust has settled and the air has cooled... And what fun that was! We would like to say a massive thank you to all of you who came down and enjoyed this festival with us! For those who couldn't make it, here is a nice review of the week on RA.
this friday: KILLEKILL MEETS TALKING MACHINES @ Suicide Circus Berlin
This Friday KILLEKILL is confined to the indoor floor of SUICIDE CIRCUS and we are bringing three of our finest residents. Although all play quite different styles, they are united in their love for the slightly harder sound. To indulge this love, was to go it alone on this floor, so that SEBASTIAN KÖKOW, HANNO HIBKELBEIN and DJ FLUSH have enough space to let off steam. The guests of the evening, however, can be found frolicking on the open-air floor. The TALKING MACHINES collective stands for Chicago, Acid, and Jack Techno and fits perfectly into the KILLEKILL universe. We are excited to see how they will rock you!
In preparation for here set for the Killekill night at Krake, we had a little interview with Alienata about her ideas and approach towards djing. See the full video here.
The seventh Modal Analysis release comes from Athenian producer and dj, ANFS. Following his remix for Kondaktor's Signal #1, ANFS returns to the label with his debut release, "Ground", a four track EP which consists of original material. Borrowing sounds from early twentieth century folk Greek culture, the EP is dominated by a rhythmic canibalistic spirit and a noisy distorted cue.
